How do the theme dinners work?
Every few weeks The Shack takes the North Fork somewhere new — a chef-driven menu built around one cuisine, ordered ahead and picked up to enjoy at home. They sell out fast. Pickup is at 41150 County Rd 48, Southold, N.Y. 11971. Past nights have included French, Moroccan, Indian, Italian, Mexican, Korean, Turkish, Cuban, Jamaican, Hawaiian, Irish, German, Israeli, Mediterranean and Father's Day.
When is the next one?
